Salary: Php150,000 and above

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree of any course
- With at least 5 years relevant experience in Payroll Processing
- With at least 3 years supervisory
- SAP experience is a plus
- Global Payroll experience is an advantage
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end global payroll processing across multiple countries or regions.
- Ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement , including bonuses, incentives, and deductions.
- Prepare and present payroll reports and analytics for management and finance teams.
- Coordinate with HR Business Partners to ensure consistency in compensation and benefits across regions.
- Supervise and develop a team of payroll specialists or coordinators globally or regionally.
