We are looking for an experienced Audit Manager to lead audit operations for a global organization in the logistics and supply chain industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Logistics Data Analysts, Auditors, and Audit Supervisors.
- Ensure audit operations consistently meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
- Provide audit decisions and recommendations while ensuring quality controls are maintained.
- Monitor workloads, manage team backlogs, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Identify operational risks and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to drive high performance.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Promote automation and process optimization across audit operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of leadership or people management experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Freight Operations, BPO, or related industries .
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience handling KPIs, SLAs, and operational performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Experience with ERP, MRP, or logistics systems is an advantage.
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and lead high-performing teams.
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu and on an afternoon or graveyard shift.
