Job Responsibility:
Responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and reconciling inventory records to ensure accurate stock levels, proper documentation, and timely reporting while supporting efficient warehouse and operational processes.
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or any related field.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or supply chain operations is preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures, stock reconciliation, and cycle counting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems (ERP/WMS is an advantage).
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
