- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Help Desk systems, MS Office Suite, strong English communication, efficient scheduling, and excellent time management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage logistics operations, coordinate shipments, resolve inquiries, and maintain accurate records.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional fieldwork; may require overtime during peak periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, problem-solver, strong organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
