Job Overview
At Level Up Talent Solutions, we are seeking a motivated Logistics Sales Representative to support a client in the logistics and transportation industry. The role focuses on promoting logistics services, generating new business opportunities, and building strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell logistics, freight, delivery, and transportation services to prospective and existing clients.
- Identify and pursue new business leads and sales opportunities.
- Understand client logistics requirements and recommend appropriate service solutions.
- Prepare and communicate service proposals, quotations, and general service information.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and prospective clients.
- Build and strengthen long-term customer and business relationships.
- Coordinate with operations and internal teams to support client requirements, bookings, and service requests.
- Monitor sales activities and work toward assigned sales and business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, quotations, and sales activities.
- Stay updated on logistics services, market opportunities, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications & Experience
- College graduate in any relevant field.
- No experience required; fresh graduates may be considered.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Goal-driven, proactive, and customer-focused.
- Able to manage leads, follow-ups, quotations, and sales activities efficiently.
- Professional and confident when communicating with clients.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
- Familiarity with logistics services, freight processes, and transportation solutions is an advantage.
