About the role
The Marketing Officer is responsible for supporting the planning, development, implementation, and monitoring of marketing activities, promotional campaigns, customer engagement initiatives, and market research efforts of the company. The position assists in gathering and analyzing market information, preparing marketing reports and presentations, coordinating with internal departments and external partners, and ensuring effective communication of the company's products, services, and business objectives.
Key responsibilities
Support planning, development, implementation, and monitoring of marketing activities
Support promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives
Conduct market research efforts
Gather and analyze market information
Prepare marketing reports and presentations
Coordinate with internal departments and external partners
Ensure effective communication of the company's products, services, and business objectives
About you
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Management, or any related course
At least one (1) year of working experience in marketing, sales support, business development, or related field
Experience in medical equipment marketing preferred
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate marketing ideas clearly and professionally
Analytical skills and ability to interpret market data, customer feedback, and sales trends
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Knowledgeable in basic marketing principles, customer relations, market research, and promotional activities
Organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple tasks
Able to work independently and as part of a team
