JOB DESCRIPTION
Major Responsibility
To support store growth and profitability by planning and executing marketing initiatives, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, managing digital communications, and ensuring timely delivery of marketing projects and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Sales, Merchandising, brands, suppliers, influencers, and mall administration to execute marketing initiatives.
- Promote stores and brands through social media, email, Viber, influencer marketing, and other digital channels.
- Plan and support in-store events, advertising, photoshoots, promotional campaigns, and marketing collateral.
- Monitor marketing budgets, expenses, documentation, and project execution to ensure cost efficiency and timely completion.
- Analyze and evaluate marketing campaign performance, including reach, engagement, and overall effectiveness, to improve future initiatives.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications Summary
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field .
- Experience: Experience in the fashion or retail industry is preferred.
- Skills: Strong report writing, social media management, fashion and design awareness, trend analysis, communication, customer relationship management, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel .
