Field Marketing

- Execute field marketing campaigns, promotions, and events in assigned territories
- Represent the brand at trade shows, in-store promotions, roadshows, and community events
- Distribute marketing materials and ensure proper brand visibility at all physical locations
- Engage directly with customers to educate them about products/services
- Collect customer feedback and market intelligence to support marketing strategy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and local vendors
- Ensure all marketing displays and setups are aligned with brand standards
- Proven experience in field marketing, promotions, or customer engagement
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Willingness to travel or work in various locations (including weekends if needed)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with reporting tools is a plus
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Outgoing personality and strong public speaking skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to different environments and audiences
- Familiarity with customer behavior and local market trends
