Responsibilities:
- Manage all parties involved in the delivery and completion of the item taking into consideration the best practices
- Responsible for finding, vetting, accrediting, and negotiating with vendors, subcontractors, fabricators, installers, service providers, and other third parties required for the delivery and fulfillment of JPM’s projects
- Negotiate for price, lead time payment, payment terms, and other necessary particulars and terms. Sourcing can be done locally
- Maintain price competitive and profitable at all times and support design creativity
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Purchasing, or a related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, logistics, inventory, or a related position
- Good communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers and internal departments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for preparing reports, monitoring purchases, and maintaining records
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in handling purchase orders, deliveries, and documents
- Willing to be assigned in BGC
