Purchasing Assistant

Supplier Sourcing and Management:
- Identify potential suppliers and establish partnerships with reliable suppliers.
- Responsible for the end-to-end procurement process to ensure the timely delivery of company needs.
- Negotiate with suppliers for the best prices and identify cost-efficient opportunities.
Inventory Monitoring and Contro l:
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, delivery schedules, and stock levels.
- Manage weekly inventories provided by team leaders for their brand’s supplies.
- Vet procurement requests to avoid overstocking and shortage.
Procurement Reporting:
- Keep an updated record of all purchasing activities.
- Generate regular reports which may include purchasing trends, stock levels, and monthly expenses.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Work closely with various departments (Operations, Business Development, Creator Management, and others) to determine procurement needs.
- Receive and review purchase requests. Provide purchasing support for company events, campaigns, and MCNs.
- At least 6 months experience in purchasing, supplier sourcing, and inventory management.
- Able to work in BGC, Taguig
