About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and organized Social Media Content Specialist to create and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok .
You’ll turn provided topics, company updates, data, and ideas into graphics, short-form videos, captions, and social posts while keeping the brand consistent.
Key Responsibilities
- Create social media content from provided topics and briefs.
- Design graphics, carousels, charts, listing cards, and other visual assets.
- Edit short-form videos for social media platforms.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, headlines, and calls to action.
- Adapt content for different platforms and audiences.
- Schedule and publish content across all priority platforms.
- Repurpose articles, market data, customer stories, and product updates into social content.
- Maintain the content calendar and ensure posts are published on time.
- Monitor comments, trends, and engagement opportunities.
- Maintain consistent brand voice, visuals, and messaging.
- Review performance data and improve content based on results.
- Experience managing social media content for a brand, startup, or agency.
- Strong graphic design skills using Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools .
- Experience editing short-form videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or AI tools .
- Strong copywriting skills and ability to simplify complex topics.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok .
- Ability to adapt content style and tone for different platforms.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and deadline management.
- Ability to work independently and turn briefs into finished content.
- Comfortable using performance data to improve content.
- Experience in real estate, fintech, proptech, or consumer technology .
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of paid social and performance marketing.
- Experience creating or directing simple creator-style videos.
- Understanding of the U.S. real estate and home-buying process.
- Experience using AI tools for research, copywriting, or content creation.
