Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM-2:00 AM PH (WORK FROM HOME)
Are you a creative, organized, and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and guide a dynamic team of creatives. If you’re passionate about content, strategy, and teamwork—this role is for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage the social media team to ensure effective collaboration and timely delivery of content
- Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across various platforms
- Create, schedule, and analyze content that aligns with brand goals and audience interests
- Oversee the quality and consistency of creative output
- Monitor trends and performance to optimize campaigns and boost engagement
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 or more years of proven experience in managing social media platforms (team management experience is a plus!)
- Strong eye for design; experience with Canva is required, Photoshop is a bonus
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop fresh, engaging content
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Organized, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines
- Team player with a problem-solving mindset
- Must have a reliable computer and a stable internet connection
