Payroll & Billing Supervisor Responsibilities & Duties Supervise and manage a team of billing specialists, providing guidance and support as needed Oversee all billing processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Review and approve billing reports and invoices before they are sent to clients Develop and implement procedures to improve billing processes and ensure compliance with regulations Resolve billing and payment issues in a timely and effective manner Maintain accurate records of billing activities and transactions Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and other departments to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction Billing Supervisor Qualifications & Skills Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume payroll & billing environment Experience working with clients and stakeholders at all levels of an organization Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field 2 to 3 years of experience in payroll & billing or a related field 2+ years of supervisory experience Excellent organizational and leadership skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and billing software
