Asset Management Specialist (Fixed Term)

Responsible for assisting in the administration of the company's asset inventory system by receiving and issuing assets (hardware, non-IT, and vehicle) and COB, assigning property numbers, maintaining associated property records in the company's asset management system, participating in scheduled/periodic inventories, and disposing of assets as the need arises.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
- At least 2 years of work experience in Asset Management and Operations
- Exposure to the implementation or compliance to external Quality and audit standards such as ISO 9000, BS 7799, Business Software Alliance (BSA) and Sarbanes-Oxley documentation.
- In-depth knowledge in warehousing, inventory and asset management for IT hardware and non-IT assets.
- Knowledge in basic computer applications.
- Excellent English oral and written communication skill
