Description - Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and conducting interviews.
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR procedures.
- Facilitate training and development programs for staff.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in human resources.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Mandarin and English, strong communication skills, and knowledge of HR software.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
