SCM Operations and Performance Manager (Healthcare)

Monroe Consulting Group, an Executive Recruitment firm, is partnering with an organisation in the Healthcare industry to hire a SCM Operations & Performance Manager. This opportunity is based in San Juan / Mandaluyong, Philippines.
Position Overview
Oversee end-to-end third-party logistics operations while driving service excellence, operational efficiency, and cost optimisation across the supply chain.
Lead supply chain performance management initiatives by delivering actionable insights, performance reporting, and executive dashboards that support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse and logistics operations while ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and cost optimization across the supply chain.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Supply Chain Management and all 3PL partners.
- Design, monitor, and continuously improve the Supply Chain performance management framework.
- Provide accurate reporting, actionable insights, and executive-level dashboards that support strategic decision-making.
Key Requirements
Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain, warehouse, or logistics operations.
- At least 2-3 years of experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or retail supply chain environments is an advantage.
- Professional certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or CLTD are an advantage.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, and supply chain performance metrics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools is a plus.
- Experience in designing, monitoring, and improving supply chain performance management frameworks.
- Ability to develop reports, performance dashboards, and operational insights for executive stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with third-party logistics providers and cross-functional teams.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Ability to translate operational data into actionable business recommendations.
