Operations Manager/Supervisor

Description - Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
- Implement strategies to improve processes and increase productivity.
- Train and mentor staff to develop their skills and capabilities.
- Manage inventory and supply chain logistics to meet operational needs.
- Prepare reports and analyze data to drive operational decisions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Experience Level: 5-8 years relevant experience in construction industry, government projects or wastewater treatment
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication abilities, and problem-solving aptitude.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Proven track record in managing operations and achieving performance metrics.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and motivated individual with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing conditions.
