- Operate bulldozers to move materials and prepare sites for construction.
- Ensure safety regulations are followed during operation and maintenance.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and perform minor repairs as needed.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other crew members for efficient workflow.
- Maintain accurate logs of work performed and materials used.
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in heavy equipment operation.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in operating bulldozers and other heavy machinery.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to perform site preparation and grading tasks efficiently.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to safety, detail-oriented, and excellent communication skills.
