- Oversee and coordinate product workflows, from production to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to resolve operational issues.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with procurement teams to ensure the availability of raw materials.
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing regulations, company standards, and safety protocols.
- Support new product launches by coordinating between design, production, and marketing teams.
- Maintain detailed documentation of production processes, product specifications, and operational reports.
- Assist in implementing and optimizing production tools and technologies.
- Address and troubleshoot issues related to production equipment or processes.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on production progress and operational performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in manufacturing operations or product lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and production management software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies is an advantage.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate across teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
