Operations Assistant

The Operations Assistant supports the day-to-day operations of the company by coordinating schedules, monitoring workflows, arranging deliveries, and assisting with administrative tasks. The role helps ensure that operational activities are completed efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating daily operational activities and ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
• Schedule and monitor deliveries, pickups, and other operational tasks.
• Book and coordinate shipments with courier and logistics providers, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
• Track orders, deliveries, and operational requests, and provide status updates when needed.
• Maintain accurate records and update operational data in company systems.
• Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and operational schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve operational concerns.
• Support inventory movements, order processing, and other administrative functions as assigned.
• Utilize ERP systems and other digital tools to manage operational data and processes when applicable.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant work experience in operations, logistics, administration, or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of operations workflows, scheduling, and coordination .
• Experience in courier and delivery booking and coordinating with logistics providers.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems is highly preferred but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
