**Executive Virtual Assistant – Grants & Operations Specialist**
**Rate : $9 USD per hour / 10 to 15 hours a week**
**Job Summary**
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Executive Virtual Assistant to support a consulting firm serving not-for-profits through grant sourcing, philanthropy, corporate partnerships, and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will take ownership of grant research, eligibility assessment, grant tracking, submission support, and systems optimization while working independently with minimal supervision. This role requires someone who can improve workflows, manage operational tasks, and contribute strategically as the business grows.
**Expertise & Experience**
* Grant sourcing, research, and eligibility assessment
* Grant calendar and database management
* Grant application drafting and submission support
* Executive Virtual Assistance and project coordination
* ClickUp optimization and workflow management
* CRM management and system improvement (HubSpot preferred)
* Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Experience supporting not-for-profits, consulting firms, or mission-driven organizations
