Sales and Purchasing Assistant (SPA)
- We urgently need a Sales and Purchasing Assistant (SPA) to be based in Calamba City, Laguna, who will support the sales and purchasing department in achieving its business objectives and conducting its day-to-day operations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assists purchasing officer in creating purchase orders, coordination with suppliers, and various reports
- Performs canvassing of items and suppliers when needed
- Ensures timely and accurate delivery of items purchased
- Maintains updated supplier list
Requirements
- Bachelor in Science (BS) graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or its equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in Purchasing is required for this position.
Qualifications
- We require a Bachelor's Degree for this job with a proof of your Diploma as number one requirement.
- Knowledge on and/or experience in the IT industry, especially the fields of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Audio-Visual (AV), and Safety and Security, is an advantage
- Experience with government bidding is an advantage
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks while paying strict attention to details
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Can work with MS Office, G Suite, and other productivity tools
