Purchasing Assistant

Description - Assist in the procurement of goods and services to support company operations.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Conduct market research to identify new purchasing opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory levels.
- Support the purchasing team in negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation skills, time management, problem-solving abilities, and vendor management
- Responsibilities and Duties: Support daily purchasing activities and assist in inventory management
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to build strategic partnerships
