Parts Sales Assistant

- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records of inventory and sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the department.
- Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Office Administration, Management, or a related field
- Candidates with relevant technical or equipment-related education may also be considered
- Preferably with 1 - 2 years of experience in sales administration, sales coordination, customer service, service administration, or a related role
- Fresh graduates may be considered if they demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills
- Experience in equipment, machinery, automotive, industrial products, spare parts, or technical services is an advantage
- Good understanding of basic sales and administrative processes
- Strong monitoring and follow-up skills, particularly for pending quotations, customer requirements, and scheduled maintenance
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
SALARY RANGE: Php15,000 - 18,000
WORK LOCATION: Laguna
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
