Purchasing Assistant

Description - Assist in managing and processing purchase orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and purchasing activities.
- Support the purchasing team in negotiating contracts and pricing.
- Monitor market trends and conduct research to identify potential suppliers.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
