Hiring Finance Manager-Philippines
Chinese applicants preferred. $2,994–$4,491 USD/month Job Responsibilities: 1. Lead daily accounting procedures, ensuring revenue recognition, bad debt provision, and other accounting practices comply with IFRS standards and Philippine local accounting regulations. 2. Design payment and reimbursement processes and systems to effectively control costs and expenses. 3. Accurately calculate and declare corporate income tax (CIT), value-added tax (VAT), withholding tax (EWT), etc., and maintain good relations with the BIR (Bureau of Revenue). 4. Assess tax-related matters for various daily business operations and ensure tax compliance. 5. Complete all financial statement filings as required by the SEC, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. 6. Design financial internal control systems adapted to business needs to ensure fund security. 7. Lead the annual audit, coordinating with external auditors to complete statutory audits and group internal audits. 8. Participate in the accounting impact assessment of new products, design corresponding account settings and accounting processes, and assess tax impacts. 9. Expand local financing channels and maintain cooperative relationships with Philippine banks and licensed financial institutions. Job requirements: 1.Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting/Finance, CPA/ACCA certification preferred. 2.Minimum 5 years of financial management experience, including at least 3 years in Southeast Asia market management. 3. Familiarity with Philippine tax and compliance regulations and related management experience preferred. 4. Fluent in English (can be used as a working language), Chinese language skills preferred.
