FINANCE MANAGER

About the role
We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead and oversee all financial operations, planning, and reporting functions. You will ensure financial stability, compliance with Philippine laws and standards, and accurate, timely financial information to guide business decisions. You will manage the finance team, optimize cash flow, and drive sound fiscal practices across the organization.
Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts aligned with company goals
Prepare annual operating budgets, capital expenditure plans, and periodic financial projections
Conduct financial analysis, risk assessment, and performance reviews to identify opportunities for cost reduction, revenue growth, and efficiency
Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on financial data and trends
Oversee day-to-day accounting, general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cash management
Ensure accurate, timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (in compliance with PFRS/GAAP)
Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support operations and growth
Supervise bank reconciliations, financial closing processes, and internal control systems
Ensure full compliance with Philippine financial regulations, BIR, SEC, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG requirements
Oversee corporate tax planning, filing, and payments; coordinate with external auditors for annual audits
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local financial laws, standards, and regulatory changes
Develop and enforce internal financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard company assets
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team; assign tasks and monitor performance
Coordinate with department heads to align budgets and track operational spending
Liaise with banks, auditors, government agencies, and other financial partners
Present financial reports and updates to the leadership board and stakeholders
