Job Qualifications:
- Education: Vocational / Associate’s Degree or a 2-year Technical Certificate
- 2 years experience experience in maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
- Required Skills and Attributes:
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Proficient in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Knowledgeable in safety protocols and regulations
- Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment/components
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and building systems
- Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Respond to emergency repair requests promptly
- Maintain HVAC systems and perform seasonal maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety and building codes
- Assist with installation of new equipment and systems
- Keep maintenance logs and report issues to management
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs
- Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and request replacements
Salary Range: 18,070.00 - 25,000.00
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Shifting)
