About the role

Individual is responsible for managing operational process of commissions department. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment are imperative.

As a Manager Commissions you will:

• Management of commissions process and team
• Continuous interaction between sales and commissions team.
• Responsible for quota setting and maintenance administration.
• Executes cost adjustment process in adherence with policy.
• Responsible for assessment of internal controls
• Reporting on commissions and relevant characteristics

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 years of experience in specialty or related field.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business/ professional journals, technical procedures, or regulations.
• Ability to write reports and/or business correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, other employees. .
