- Manages the senior crew
- Formulates programs for assigned KRAs and assists the RM in managing business performance
- Runs the restaurant and exposed to all stations
- Monitors and analyzes sales performance; provides recommendations to improve sales performance for regular sales (dine in and take out)
- Marketing Support. Develops, recommends, implements and evaluates programs to support sales building tactics/directions for regular sales and assigned BCs of Jolly Kiddie Party (JKP) and bulk orders (BO); performs client calls and manages institutional selling
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any business-related course
- At least 2 years as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a restaurant/ food service or retail outlet operations
- With strong leadership skills and possesses excellent customer service.
- Must be proficient in English, both verbal and written communication skills.
- Sales driven and strong analytical skills.
- Self-motivated and dynamic personality.
- Willing to work in Edsa, Pasay
