Bancassurance Business Development Officer

Job Functions: • Serve as the primary liaison between the company, accredited brokers, and bank partners for policy issuance and servicing.

• Prepare production, pipeline, and activity reports, and provide market and competitor insights.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, bancassurance guidelines, and company policies.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in bancassurance, insurance sales, or bank-based financial services.
• Experience working with bank branch networks; non-life insurance experience is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in sales reporting, tracking, and basic data analysis.
• Organized, customer-focused, and results-driven with high integrity.
• Willing to travel extensively within Metro Manila; driver's license is an advantage.
• Insurance Commission license or willingness to obtain one is preferred.
