REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

Open to Filipino and Fil-Chi who are proficient in Mandarin. Bachelor's degree or above; proficient in Chinese and English, with good Chinese reading and writing skills; those who can speak Tagalog and Hokkien are preferred. Knowledgeable in using IT applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. ) Good communication skills and service awareness.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:

Assist and coordinate Consular inquiries via in-person, call, and email Coordinate with local authorities, departments, and agencies to provide consular assistance to Chinese Nationals Prepare and accomplish accurate records, reports, and correspondence. Manage general office work. Handling paperwork and concerns. Ensure all records are maintained as per company procedures. Receive daily information and needs from employees, allocate resources appropriately, and solve problems.
