What the role will entail- Handle deposit pick-ups, cash deliveries, store cash requirements, and ATM replenishments with accuracy, timeliness, and security.
- Oversee cash handling processes including balancing, vault management, documentation, and preparation of secured cash bags.
- Lead armored car operations, including trip planning, monitoring cash-in-transit, and ensuring compliance with insurance coverage.
- Maintain and file complete transaction records, deposit slips, and agreements while ensuring strict adherence to cash operating procedures.
- Coordinate with CSD officers, service providers, and security partners to resolve operational concerns and uphold safety standards.
- Provide excellent client service by addressing inquiries, ensuring service commitments, and supporting other CSD units as needed.
What we're looking for
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or other related courses
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in customer service, accounting, finance, or related roles
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance in handling cash and documentation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in teams
- High level of integrity and commitment to operational security and service excellence
