QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience in baking
- Familiarity with bakery equipment and tools
- Understanding of basic baking processes and recipes
- Ability to measure ingredients accurately
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in food handling
- Good stamina and physical dexterity
- Ability to stand for long hours

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients according to recipes.
- Prepare dough, batters, and fillings as instructed.
- Keep the work area, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitized.
- Follow food safety standards and hygiene protocols.
- Assist in shaping, portioning, and decorating baked goods.
- Operate bakery equipment under supervision.
- Help in storing ingredients and supplies properly.
- Assist in inventory checks and restocking supplies when needed.
- Monitor baked goods during baking for proper color, texture, and doneness.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to the head baker.
- Carry out general cleaning tasks in the bakery.
- Follow instructions from the head baker or supervisor.
