Description - Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items in accordance with recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas and equipment.
- Assist with inventory management and stocking of supplies.
- Support chefs in food presentation and plating.
- Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; a diploma in culinary arts is a plus.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Basic cooking skills and a willingness to learn.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow instructions and restaurant policies effectively.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle kitchen equipment safely.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
