- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and upselling skills, proficient in customer service, and knowledgeable about coffee.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, maintain cleanliness, assist customers, and promote products effectively.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced bakery environment with standing for long hours.
