- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, breads, and desserts.
- Follow recipes and maintain high-quality standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Experiment with new recipes and techniques.
- Assist in menu development and customer service.
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; culinary school graduation preferred.
- Experience Level: Minimum 2 years in a bakery or pastry setting.
- Skills and Competencies: Attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, flexibility, strong customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and bake pastries, maintain cleanliness, assist customers, and manage inventory.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment; may require late hours and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Creativity, teamwork, adaptability, and a passion for baking.
