WILLING TO WORK IN DAVAO CITY - Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.
- Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the organization.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Assist in the development of job descriptions and specifications in collaboration with hiring managers.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, employee relations, and talent management
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills with attention to detail
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
