We're looking for a highly capable Full-Stack Marketing & Growth Specialist who can help operate and scale our marketing engine across content, social media, funnels, CRM, automation, paid media, and analytics.

This is not a traditional marketing assistant position.

You'll be expected to take an idea and turn it into a campaign, content, audience engagement, lead, booking, or measurable commercial outcome.

Working directly with the Founder and leadership team, you'll execute across multiple channels while using AI and automation to dramatically increase speed, quality, and output.

The Role

As our Full-Stack Marketing & Growth Specialist , you'll become one of the key operators behind Wedded Wonderland's digital marketing ecosystem.

You'll help transform:

Ideas → Content → Engagement → Leads → Enquiries → Conversions → Growth

You'll work across luxury wedding and travel content, social media, email marketing, lead generation, funnels, CRM, automation, paid advertising, analytics, and campaign operations.

The ideal candidate combines creative instinct with technical execution .

You should be equally comfortable developing an Instagram Reel concept, writing luxury-focused copy, editing video, building a GoHighLevel automation, reviewing Meta campaign data, and identifying what needs to happen next.

Key Responsibilities

1. Luxury Content & Copywriting

• Research luxury wedding, destination wedding, travel, hospitality, fashion, lifestyle, and event trends.
  

• Use AI to identify emerging topics, competitor strategies, viral content, and audience interests.
  

• Develop concise content ideas and creative briefs.
  

• Configure AI writing projects using Wedded Wonderland's brand voice, audience profiles, editorial guidelines, and campaign information.
  

• Write compelling, platform-native copy for:

• Transform raw footage into polished short-form videos for social platforms.
  

• Create compelling hooks, pacing, captions, B-roll, transitions, and CTAs.

3. Social Media & Community Growth

• Own the social media content calendar.
  

• Plan and schedule consistent content across key platforms.
  

• Monitor comments, DMs, mentions, tags, and community interactions.
  

• Respond promptly while maintaining Wedded Wonderland's premium brand voice.
  

• Identify potential couples, brands, venues, hotels, suppliers, influencers, and commercial partners.
  

• Route qualified leads and enquiries toward the appropriate team or funnel.
  

• Build ManyChat automations for:

• Follow-up campaigns
  

• Manage DM outreach from initial conversation through opt-in, follow-up, event participation, or enquiry.
  

4. Funnel & CRM Operations — GoHighLevel

• Build and maintain GoHighLevel funnels and CRM systems.
  

• Configure domains, forms, calendars, custom fields, pipelines, tags, workflows, and automations.
  

• Build funnels for:

• Build automated email and SMS sequences.
  

• Maintain clean CRM segmentation.

• Test all forms, links, emails, SMS, calendars, and automation triggers on desktop and mobile.
  

5. Paid Media Support

• Research competitor campaigns and luxury-market advertising strategies.
  

• Identify effective creative concepts, hooks, offers, and messaging angles.
  

• Prepare static and video advertising creatives.
  

• Support Meta campaign setup and optimisation.
  

• Build lead forms and relevant audiences.
  

• Monitor campaign performance and identify anomalies.
  

• Support implementation and troubleshooting of Meta Pixel and Conversion API tracking.
  

• Collaborate with leadership to test new audiences, creative concepts, campaigns, and offers.
