Branch Recruitment Officer - Davao
Cobden & Carter International
A leading insurance firm is looking for a Branch Recruitment Officer to join their Territory Sales and Agency Development team. This role is responsible for driving business growth by identifying, recruiting, and activating financial advisors and insurance agents to build a high-performing agency network.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies, outreach programs, networking events, and referral drives to attract prospective agents.
- Identify key target demographics and talent pools to build a strong pipeline of candidate agents.
- Screen applications, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate suitability based on sales aptitude, network size, and organizational alignment.
- Facilitate end-to-end activation and onboarding, providing new agents with essential product training, sales tools, and licensing support to drive quick production.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, acting as their main point of contact for support, guidance, and problem resolution.
- Monitor agent activation and performance metrics, providing ongoing coaching and identifying training opportunities to improve hit rates.
- Implement recognition and reward initiatives to keep agents engaged, motivated, and loyal to the agency.
- Maintain accurate agent records, documentation, contracts, and licensing certifications in full compliance with insurance regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources or any related field.
- Strong preference for candidates with a background in Sales, Business Development, or Agency Distribution in life insurance, financial institutions, or real estate.
- At least 2 years of experience in agent recruitment, agency building, or sales network expansion.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Deep familiarity with local Davao networks, business communities, and sales talent pools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
