Accounting Supervisor

Tulay sa Pag-unlad Inc. (Microfinance NGO)
Responsibilities - Maintain updated cash and bank reconciliation.
- Ensures monthly bank reconciliation completed on or before third week of the following month.
- Resolves any discrepancy in booking and must be coordinated with branch accounting immediately.
- Prepares daily collection report based on posted transactions and bank statements.
Requirements
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
- At least 1-year related work experience in general accounting and with exposure to Internal Audit.
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Keen to details, result and control oriented and solution driven
- Strong analytical and financial skills
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Flexible in relating with all levels of the organization
- To be assigned in Makati, Quezon and Pangasinan or Ilocos
