We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst - Incentive Compensation to join our team!

The Senior Business Analyst - Incentive Compensation is responsible for managing the end-to-end incentive compensation process, ensuring the accurate interpretation of pay plans, integrity of underlying data, and timely delivery of compensation calculations, reporting, and stakeholder support.

The role serves as a key analytical partner to Sales, Marketing, Payroll, and operational teams, providing performance insights, pay plan modelling, and process improvement recommendations.

How You’ll Shine

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of weekly, monthly, and annual incentive and bonus calculations across multiple business units and countries within the Asia Pacific region
• Interpret approved pay plans and translate plan components and business requirements into accurate and repeatable calculation models
• Maintain and enhance calculation models to ensure accuracy, consistency, and scalability
• Review and validate incentive calculation outputs prior to submission to Payroll
• Perform detailed reconciliations and investigate compensation enquiries, providing clear explanations and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Ensure incentive calculations are completed accurately and within established deadlines
• Extract data from multiple source systems to support incentive compensation calculations
• Monitor data quality and identify issues impacting incentive outcomes
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and improve data integrity
• Contribute analytical expertise to the design, evaluation, and refinement of incentive plans, assessing financial impacts and operational feasibility of proposed changes
• Manage and support month-end reporting requirements, including accrual calculations, reconciliations, journal preparation, and variance analysis
• Develop and maintain documentation relating to pay plans, calculation methodologies, business rules, and operating procedures
• Support automation initiatives and system enhancements to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy
• Produce regular and ad hoc reporting, analysis, and performance insights, providing actionable recommendations to support decision-making across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and operational teams
• Communicate complex calculation methodologies and compensation outcomes clearly and confidently to stakeholders at all levels
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with remuneration and employee performance information

What You Will Bring

• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Business, Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline
• 5+ years' experience in Incentive Compensation, Business Analysis, FP&A, Management Accounting, Commercial Finance, or a similar analytical role
• Advanced Excel and analytical modelling skills, with proven experience interpreting pay plans and translating complex plan mechanics into accurate, scalable, and repeatable calculation models
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex calculations to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines
• Proven ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Payroll, and operational teams
• Proficiency in working with large and complex datasets across multiple systems, with a strong focus on data integrity, validation, and reconciliation

• Experience with Business Intelligence and reporting platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
