Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Senior Sales Associate to drive sales, provide exceptional customer service, and support the retail team in achieving business goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Senior Sales Associate in a retail environment
- Proven track record in sales performance and customer relationship management
- Strong product knowledge and ability to provide expert guidance to customers
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to mentor junior sales staff and lead by example
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently
- Assist in training, coaching, and mentoring junior sales associates
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and product displays
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally
- Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and reporting
- Collaborate with the retail team to plan promotions and marketing initiatives
