- Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician:
- Maintain and repair refrigeration and AC systems.
- HVAC Technician:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
- Kitchen Maintenance Technician:
- Handle general maintenance tasks in a kitchen environment.
- Mechanical Technician:
- Broad mechanical skills applicable to kitchen equipment.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the kitchen equipment industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and effectively.
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment types, functions, and common maintenance issues.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage service requests and appointments.
- Proficiency in computer systems for managing service orders, scheduling, and customer information.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and internal teams.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: Precision and attention to detail in order processing, data entry, and customer communication.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with sales representatives, customer service teams, and other departments.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software for data entry and reporting.
