- Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department.
- Understand customer needs and provide recommendations for repair and maintenance services.
- Create and manage service orders and follow up on progress with customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain knowledge of product service offerings and any service promotions.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in a customer service or automotive service advisor role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to troubleshoot and handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and customer-focused.
- Working Conditions: May require working weekends or evenings to accommodate customer schedules.
