Product Advisor

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and provide accurate product information.
- Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
- Process cashiering and POS transactions accurately.
- Maintain product displays, stock levels, and expiry checks.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock deliveries.
- Maintain store cleanliness and follow company policies and safety standards.
- Handle customer feedback and report store concerns to the Store Executive.
- Participate in product training and other store activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any course.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, professional, and respectful.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Good time management and multitasking skills.
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to change.
- Willing to learn and work as part of a team.
