Service Advisor

I. Position Summary

• The Service Advisor is mainly responsible in receiving customer vehicles, performs customer consultation on vehicle concerns. Upsell products and services. Prepares repair order and tracks its status. Provides customer update and performs vehicle handover to customer.

II. Responsibilities

• Attending all inquiries via emails, chats and telephone when on duty.
• Maintaining a professional and positive manner with all customers and third parties to ensure repeat business.
• Troubleshooting problems for customers’ queries, raise to related departments to resolve customers' queries.
• Always providing excellent quality of customer service and resolving customers’ queries in line with departmental procedures.
• Point person handling all aftersales concern.
• Communicates with the Technicians, Customers, and Management.
• Prepares weekly reports for all the services done both outside and within the service station.
• Handling all clients concern (after sales)
• Receiving calls from clients / sales team for after sales concerns
• encoding / noting concerns (service report and history).
• Discussion with technicians
• Making all request (Parts & materials)
• Listing and processing of parts to be used
• PSC processing
• Job order processing (warranty claim / billable)
• Doing all the Job contracts (ASTRA SYSTEM)
• Scheduling on all after sales sales services
• Cash advances / petty cash request (budget)
• Liquidations
• Doing the reports for FAW in EP SYSTEM
• Doing warranty claim request for all brands

III. Experience Requirement

• Graduate of any 4 year business course or equivalent; Mechanical
• Engineering or 4-year Automotive course
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the Automotive or Truck industry is required.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft Applications; Word, Powerpoint Presentation and Excel.
• With valid driver's license is a plus.
