Responsibilities The Digital Marketing Staff is responsible for supporting the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. This role involves assisting in market research, content creation, advertising, events, and digital marketing efforts while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns (online and offline).
-Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
-Support content creation for social media, websites, brochures, and promotional materials.
-Help manage company social media accounts and digital marketing initiatives.
-Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, and media partners for marketing activities.
-Assist in organizing events, trade shows, and product launches.
-Monitor and report the effectiveness of campaigns, including sales and engagement results.
-Maintain and update customer databases, mailing lists, and CRM systems.
-Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including preparing reports and presentations.
-Uphold brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
