Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist with purchases.
- Process cash, credit/debit card, and digital payments accurately.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Monitor cash drawer and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Assist in bagging and packaging items.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
