- At least Senior high school graduate or Associate degree in sales and marketing course or any related field of course
- With pleasing personality
- Have the ability to familiarize easily with the products.
- With experience in a telco company, or in retail sales is an Advantage
- Must have the ability to do multitasking
- With exceptional customer service skills
- Sales and Upselling - actively promote and sell Globe's products and services to walk-in customers to meet individual and store-wide sales targets.
- Customer Service - address subscriber inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information on the latest promos and apps.
- Product Demonstrations - showcase the features of the latest smartphones, tablets, and digital services to help customers make informed decisions.
- Document Processing - Accept, screen and evaluate applications for new lines or recontracting.
- Store Maintenance - Assist in visual merchandising and ensuring the store floor is organized and well-stocked.
